Hi I have a Question for experienced bear hunters.
I am in Manitoba, Canada. My buddy and I set up a bait in Nopiming Park booked Vacation and then the Fire Hit. We went up to check out everything and our cameras are gone, the blind has been wrecked. We are bummed out a bit.
My question is is it too late to move somewhere else to start another bait site? I have some area ideas like around Seddons corner, Fire guard 13 north or south or around Anola. I have a blue barrel I just need to modify it and get some more chain.
Any ideas or comments will be a great help.

Use cable instead of chain, any spot could produce or not?

Check the Manitoba regulations as to season closing date. Before that date it's not too late. Good luck!
