I'm strongly considering buying a small piece of Texas hunting land for my family. I have very specific wants and needs and will only consider working with someone who understands hunting and hunting properties. Any old residential broker won't do. Hill Country region, centered around the Kerrville area ideally. Anyone know anybody? I'd like to pick their brain. Thanks.

These guys are bowhunters who sell rural land in the Texas hill country. They are sponsors of Texasbowhunter.com and have helped several guys on TBH buy land.

Chance Love at the aforementioned website. He has helped us in the past. If he can't help you, he will refer you to someone who can.

Mike Dail Real Estate, in Mason, TX, just north of Kerrville. Do a online search and give him a call.

Probably a good time to buy. The hunting land is the first to go when times get hard. Times are hard in the oil patch.

Really like the Hill Country, but prices have been crazy in recent years. Good luck with your search.
