I took off all the cables from my 5 stands this summer. Chains on them now. Some were scary after looking at then up close.

I have a great place to buy high quality ratchet straps, check out Tuff-straps.com. Just bought a case from them. good price and they hold up well.

I checked the cables on my bow the other day. Need to replace strings and cables. I will have to add the straps and cables for my stands to my to do list.

Embry, had two of what look the same ratchet straps let go this year. I believe I bought mine at tractor supply. You gotta make sure they do not contain cotton in the strap. If they do, do not use them. Shawn
