I have two and used exclusively since 2014. No complaints really. I will likely start with a thumb release again this winter though. Wise guy has been my favorite caliper thus far.

It's a good release with a light trigger if that's what you prefer. They come in a rigid and "torque free" design with just the nylon strap. There is ample hook length for a good hookup.
Another good release to look at is the Scott Rhino XT, for the same reasons as the Wiseguy but it comes with three springs to adjust trigger weight. It is also small, light, and reliable.

Way too light for my liking. If I shot an index finger trigger it would be at the bottom of my list.
I agree with Rogbow on the Rhino XT. It is the release my 11 year old daughter shoots and she shoots the heaviest spring.

Love mine, does have a light trigger but is adjustable

I do like mine. I removed the trigger set screw entirely, making it "heaviest" versus the "lightest" trigger setting.
