Heaven just gained a new angel, one that will be using her harp strings to shoot purple arrows. Many of you sent her off with more love than most of us are blessed to feel in our lives. I promise the bouquet of arrows is helping her parents through the loss of their nine-year-old daughter. Hug the ones you love, folks, and do it right now!

Very sad and my prayers go out to her and her family. I cannot imagine how hard it is losing a child and I hope that I am never faced with this. I hope that her family finds comfort in knowing how many lives that Addison touched. I will keep the "A" on my lead arrow as a reminder to say a little prayer for her while I'm hunting.

A death of a child is always the saddest news. One often asked why God takes those that are young, but leaves us old men on earth. But there is a reason for everything , and the young child is now at peace. Prayers for the friends and family.

Prayers sent up for her family. I have been following Addison's journey. This hits too close to home with an 8 and 11 year old daughter at home.
But it is awesome the amount of people this little girl reached and the care that was shown for her.

Wow. This is the first I have heard of Addison, but there are 2 parents that have the deepest hole in their hearts imaginable.
You have never met brave people until you spend time in a children's cancer ward.
I have donated to the American Cancer Society each year for the last 30 since my mom died. This year, I hope that it makes a difference.

Just want to let Addison know I have thought of her this afternoon. I was in garage moving some gear and saw my A arrow in my quiver and it stopped me in my tracks thinking about my children and my blessing and what is truely important.
