Yes, but is it just "public land"? Or is it public land that is actually accessible by the "public"? I would say at least half of Montana's "public land" is controlled by ranchers and or farmers. Either way a beautiful animal, I sure hope we get to see some media of this bull on his feet alive, photos, video, etc...
