Up loading Video Issues

I have tried to use the YouTube up-load and the Bowsite Up-load feature with zero success. I have even tried to copy and paste into the URL/Link. Nothing seems to work. Has something changed that I should know about or is something under construction. Anyone else having issues????? Thanks.

Right click on the YouTube video and select embed code then paste into here.

I tried to copy and paste the link from the tab into the URL/Link. I tried to right click on the video and select embed code and paste. I right clicked and selected URL Link and paste. Nothing except a message that says Please match the requested format. The Youtube video is MP4. But when I tried to upload the AVI through Bowsite still nothing. I'm stuck.
