Wisconsin bowhunter will soon be in the SW Houston - Sugarland - Rosenberg area and would like to connect with archery/bowhunting in the great state of Texas. Can anyone suggest pro-shops or clubs to visit? In advance, thanks for your PM suggestions.

I move to TN from SW Texas about 18 months ago and have very little experience with the Sugarland area. . That said, log to the Lone Star Bowhunter Association (www.lonestarbowhunter.com) and go to their Camp Fire forum. They will be able to hook you up with the information you're needing. The organization's annual awards banquet and fund raiser is in June - which was always enjoyable for us.
