Saw this fellow this morning on my way out fishing. He was about 1/4 mile South of I-34 inside Loveland city limits...

That's pretty cool. I'm pretty sure I saw the same one down that way the other day. I'm still in Fort Collins to start of August and have greatly enjoyed seeing them grow some velvet.

It's bad enough there are so many semi-domesticated deer around. I would rather the elk show a little self-respect and stay wild! They are always cool to see though...
