Ok guys I'm in the stand and have very very high hope....story . This am hunting in Redding I watched a 3pt , a skip , and a very very nice 9pt . Probally a 125-130" deer, great deer for this area. Anyway i wathed them go across back edge of the owner lawn about 100yds away. The 9pt then proceded into the thicket and bedded down, watched him get up and down a few times for a few hrs before i lost sight of him. So i snuck out ninja style and am back now. I moved my climber 20 yds. It's hot...83° . I'm hoping that works in my favor and that he stayed bedded. Also there's a small river and a oak flat I'm hoping he makes his way to later......stay tuned.

True but this time of year is one of the better time to kill a big boy if you can find him....come October they become night time wandering ghosts

Well 3pt that was with the 9pt this am just came out on land owners lawn and is eating grass about 110 yrs from me....must have well fertilized tasty grass...lol

Just took a doe ....2 came I. From behind me , I made sure buck wasn't around 1st and waited till they wouldn't likely run his way....she did 100yd dash and down. These 3 are still here

Haha2 funny spike.... I'm just doing my part , there was alot of b/s talk on the main forum about all us ct hunters posting live hunts and never killing. Lol.... Sorry didn't grab any pics I'm was y myself and got wrapped up getting her out being so warm...
