Well been out since 930. Rain stopped . 945ish. Well I was in the stand . But this wind is god awful.. felt as I was on a very bad boat ride. So I'm now on the ground . Just not sure today will be the day it's crazy in here

Look for the wind protected south facing locations. The deer is laying low in there.

Well that was sure interesting none the least. It was not a deer hunting day I will say that. . I did see two small doe. Scooting across the ridge . And then I seen why. That was a yote. In tote. Wish I had the trusty as he would have gotten it. I tried everything to break his concentration but it was useless. Hopefully he won't run the two smaller deer down.

Absoulty. Would have been. .. habe to finish the trapping coarse next Sunday and then i. Gonna set a couple traps to see if I can snag a couple

Honestly with the number of yotes and other wildlife issues we are starting to be subjected to.in ct. I don't understand why they don't just open Sunday hunting all around
