360fly - 4K Action Camera

Has anyone heard of the 360 Fly Action Camera? An acquaintance of ours showed us some video he'd taken with it while out on an area lake and the footage was impressive. Perhaps the best part is that records on a 360 degree basis.
I was thinking of possibly getting one for bear camp and positioning it looking down and outward from my stand toward the bait just to see what's happening from all angles. It's supposed to work well in extreme low level light so it could be interesting to see what happens once the sun goes WAY down and shooting (and camera) light is gone.
Anyone have any experiences they'd like to share?
