It is good news. But it will be back. And we have to be ready to educate voters not to sign the petition.
My understanding (which could be wrong) is they "quit" on a technicality". The group they hired to collect signatures was found out at the eleventh hour to not be properly registered or otherwise qualified to collect signatures.
