Just birds and tree rats so far gonna hunt this stand until noon. Then do stand two for the afternoon

Pulled the cards for both stands on my way out. Only have a yote, bobcat and turkey in the past two weeks. Saw nice scape neat stand 2 so I am assuming they are traveling on the back side of the cam

GL. I'm back at it. Hunting a piece that I haven't hunted yet this year. My son dropped me off and went to our other piece down the road. Let's see who puts some backstraps on the grill. He went back to a stand that had a deer coming by the other night and a bobcat chased em off. He jumped one when he got to the stand today.

I have to admit I look at these "live hunts" from the NE states and glad I don't hunt there. Was already glad I don't live there.

Well I got the backstraps tonight. I had a small doe come in by herself. She got about fifty yards away and turned to cross the Brook and enter the field. I thought that I was done. I said to myself, if she happens to walk up the Island and presents a shot, through a small window, quartering away. I'll take it. She did just that. 34 yard shot, 30 yard walk and drop. My son was walking out of the other spot and saw 5 deer under my other stand, one of which was a 7 point. Drove to pick me up and there were three in the field adjacent to where I was hunting. Man it turned on like a light switch today.
