About 4:30pm thunderstorms started rolling in--put my rain gear on and hoped it was going to eventually stop- -that never happened-- approx. 5:30pm right at dark the buck comes walking in by himself--placed the shot and watched him go down the ravine--hoping he didn't go far--I was hunting by myself, so no help to drag him out--well he didn't go far but up hill was impossible to drag by myself- -200# deer--kept dragging him dwn the ravine to a place I could eventually get my trk to--all this time the rain storms continued thru out the night--that was the only picture I took of him when I stopped to fuel on my way back home--
