Seen this ram and ewes cross in front of us at a distance..We made our way in that direction hoping to catch up...they decided to hold up in some trees..as we stalked into position about 35 yards...lucky it was windy...we waited for them to make a move...we had only one shooting lane and it was way left of them...finally they started to graze and were headed to us... but with only small ram in front..almost busting us.. and no shooting lane.. we waited..unbelievable this ram popped up in our shooting lane...With atleast a 10 min stare down..he dropped his head a turned broadside...enjoyable day with son... we were lucky
