Been Bow hunting same property for over 17 years. Have seen this buck for at least the last three years and never could catch up with him, until Saturday am sitting for about an hour after sunrise hear him moving off to my left at about 80 yards, throw him a couple grunts and he comes my way. stops at about 45 yards and I'm thinking on the shot and decide to wait it out not wanting to blow this, and he follows my foot prints to about 35 yards so I throw out some doe pee and he comes in looking to 20 yards broadside. I draw take my time and hit him low, he jumps and stops at 30 yards so I knock another and hit him through the spine and into lungs he drops and expires right there in front of me. It will keep me Bow Hunting for many years to come.
