what area recomended national forest near chadron or bessey national forest for muleys or whitetail

Bessey gets hit beyond hard during the rifle season every year. I have hunted the muzzleloader and archery season there and both are very tough. I have never really seen anything of trophy quality and man are the deer skittish, I think it gets road hunted very hard. Very pretty place just hard hunting.
