Hi I need to know how do I measure the total length of a moose palm (Antler-plate)if it as only 1 browse point? Do I measure from the very tip?

Look at Pope & Youngs measuring info. Without typing their entire section; stay parallel to the inside edge and do not cross any open space. On your animal, it appears that on the right side, either the first or second notch above your hand down to about midway between base and brow point. Hope this helps.

Nice bull!

I would check with someone like Charley Rehor.....but I believe that you do NOT measure from the tip.....that's why you always hope that the bull has a forked brow point on both sides....you have to slide back to the crotch of the single brow point and the rest of the antler....whereas, with the forked antler, you get the length of the brow point out to the fork....in your case you don't get that help.....

Unfortunately you don't measure to the tip of the brows unless both sides have forked brows.
