I will be taking the new Dirt Nap Gear DRT this year to Africa with me. With the modular weight system and overall design I think it will be tough to beat. Anyone else using them?

Never heard of them. I did look at the Dirt Nap Gear website. Looks like a workable head.

By chance, have you ever killed an Alabama public land wild turkey with a DRT?

So are you suing the signel or double bevel? I used a 4 blade Magnus Buzz cut and they worked well.

Be sure to get some of the pink ones and support the boobies.

never heard of the dirt nap broadhead.my last tpip to africa I shot 175 grain VPA 3 blade broadheads. 61lbs elite answer bow 2219 arrows @ 630 grains total. shot 8 animals 2 warthogs 2 zebra 3 impala 1 kudu. complete pass theu on everything but one zebra 3/4 away shot stoped in center of its heart. I thouught the VPA braodheads did excelent. Forrest
