We know where South Africas Lions come. But the fact is they are still lions and when things go wrong look out. Here's a video that's supposed to be in south Africa. Not a bowhunt but whatever weapon you use you could get these same results.

Not 100%, but I believe this is a video with Johan Calitz who was hunting Botswana at the time, and that this was a wild free-ranging lion hunt in Botswana before the closure there. I'm about 95% certain of that
Either way, cool footage. That lion covered ground FAST!!!

Yes that was Calitz and it was a free range hunt not in SA.

Most def Calitz. A friend hunts with him and has good things to say. It's friggin' amazing how fast those big critters can cover ground when they're angry. Thank goodness my wife isn't nearly that fast!
