Dennis, wanted to know about the Hartmann zebra dew lap. does it not show in shoulder mounts? or does it show if different forms are used ? beautiful mounts. Forrest

Forrest, Yes it should show. Only the mountain zebras have a dew lap. When working on hartmanns' zebra or other mountain zebras that have a dew lap we would just shape one to the skin. Dennis

Dennis ,thank you. I killed a Hartmann zebra stallion in Namibia this past June, it had a very pronounced dew lap,& 35" neck. That is my reason for the question . Forrest

BO-N-ARO, The base was part of a pillar that was torn down in a construction job. I was lucky enough to have access to a few. They are solid and very heavy! I only have 3 avaliable now. I bet these would cost a small fortune to have made!

Dennis, when I was a lodge owner here in Colorado I was reminded that many people judge one's business about how clean their parking lot was before even coming in.
Your workshop is exceptionally clean and your work IS exceptional. Seems to follow the same comparison as above.
