Pearson flame bow

Ok fellas, and you know who you are.
I have a brand new Pearson Flame bow that was given to me a few days ago by a guy who never used it after buying it. I'm gonna try to turn the thing into a really nice bowfishing rig, but I need to make some adjustments.
The bow is currently set-up with 70# limbs (which I will back off to 60#) BUT...The draw length is 31"!!!
What do i need for this bow to to change the DL to 29", the dual cams (wheels for the most part) are not adjustable, and I don't know if the cam change (if thats whats needed) will work with the current strings and cables.
I'm all ears brothers...whats a guy need to do?
