Ok, I've been training, scouting, and shooting my bow every day preparing for my mule deer hunt starting on Sept 1, and elk starting Sept 11. Yesterday, I knocked my site against a rock and for the life of me, I cannot get my 30, 40, 50 yard pins dialed back in. I'm dead on at 20 and 60, but the others are dead...... So, good with the bad right??? I've got 6 weeks to find and dial in new sites. Any recommendations? I'm leaning towards the React 5 pin from Trophy Ridge.... has anyone hear used this site? I'm looking for recommendations/suggestions.

Thank you, MO

Montana Black Gold 5 pin ascent is great imo.

I bought one, it works as advertised. But, it looked a little frail to me, so I sold it and bought a MBG instead. They have never let me down.

Spot hog is the strongest they make!!!

MBG or Spot Hogg are both super tough.

MBG...

I put the React sight on my bow the end of the season last fall and had it dialed in with less than 10 shots. Seams pretty good and well built. I know theMBG and the Spot Hog sights are very popular but have no experience.

Get a sight that the fiber optic cables run through the body of the sight pin so its totally protected, my last sight was a MBG and a few times the fiber got pulled out of the pin, now I have two axcel armortech sights, they are awesome, you won't be disappointed

Axcel Armortech sights on all 3 of my bows .Best sight I have used and toughest !

Call Dustin at Black Gold and he will get you set up! Good luck! C

I have a Spott Hogg 7 pin sight. Bullet proof. My only modification has been labeling the sight pins for yardages.

Spott Hogg, Real Deal. I think there are three of them on bows in our camp. Never had a problem and really tough.

I would step back and look at the potenailly bigger problem.

Logic says that if your 20 & 60 are on, it's simply a matter of putting the 30-40-50 at the correct heights to have them dialed in also.

I'd be concerned that something else was damaged besides your sight.

That said, Spot Hogg are tough sights. I personally use the IQ Retina Lock, but eliminating a peep is not for everyone.

I was thinking the same thing. Why would only the 30,40 and 50 pins be off?

Personally, I would go with a single pin adjustable sight, but that's just me.

Thanks again for all the recommendations. I ordered the Black Gold Rush Big Dog (7 pin), as well as the Spot Hogg Right On (7pin). I'm sure they are both great, so my daughter will get an upgrade site for her bow with the one I don't choose. The mid pins on my now old site all had fractures and would tork when tightened up.
