Just wondering what you guys use to remove a broken nock from the arrow shaft. Paper clip maybe?

I use a screw that fits tight in the broken nock. Couple of turns then pull it out.

Get you a dry wall screw that will fit kinda tight.

On 'most' standard diameter arrows you can just screw one of your field tips into and pull it out, this works the best on Gold Tip arrows. Smaller diameter arrows this doesn't work at all. Sometimes you can get them out with a small enough Allen wrench that will fit down though the nock.

If you glued them in, drill them out with the right dia bit.

Yes dry wall screw. If you still can't get it out for what ever reason. Grab screw with a pliers heat screw with open flame like on gas stove. Screw or push heated screw into nock place or pore water over screw. let cool and pull out with pliers. Watch pliers may be hot so cool them too. ED

Screw method as stated above works perfect

With X series Easton's being so narrow and not wanting to split one from using a wedge inside; I started using drywall screws for metal studs.
