CO OTC - less rugged units...

looking for opinions on OTC units that are a bit less rugged. I had been planning a rugged unit (53), but I think my father is going to come along so i'd like to tone it done a bit.
i realize that less rugged likely means more pressure.
Also would be nice if there were good fly fishing opportunities.
any thoughts appreciated!

We hunt in GMU 18, near Parshall, CO Kremmling, CO. Were in a gated community that has easy, mild, and rugged access. Short drive to some of the best renowned fly fishing. The GMU has game from Rocky Mountain National Park coming in on the upper North/East of GMU 18.
