The stuff the meat lockers make is chopped and formed....mixed with pork. It's pretty good but I don't think it tastes much like bacon.

I like it. It is leaner than regular bacon. But better than that turkey bacon cr@p.

had some made at a locker plant. Real bacon MUCH better. real easy to overcook and then its real tough

My butcher makes elk and venison bacon. It's very good! I put a little bacon grease in the pan when I fry the bacon.
