Will a 150 Qt. cooler hold an average sized processed elk ? Wrapped and frozen.

Processed most likely. Worst case scenario you'll need a small cooler for the rest, better off buying that on site instead of dragging it along.

I know a 120 qt would not hold a WY bull that we had packaged and frozen.

With no ice at all, very close. Two 120s is better.
If all you have is a 150, take another small cooler.
