Preping for a European Mount

How do you get the Elk skull skinned and ready in the field for European Mount. Any videos. would greatly help.

Skin out the head. Remove the eyes, tongue and lower jaw. The brains will also need to be removed but that can be done later.

In the field.... just skin it, pull the bottom jaw and get the eyeballs out.

What they said above, just get as much soft tissue off the skull as reasonably possible and pull the lower jaw.
