I don't want to spoil your day but there were more sheep than when i was there in the beginning of the season. The mountain dogs don't seem too friendly either. I saw 3 or 4 different herds of sheep. It was warmer this morning than the beginning of the season too......at least the aspens looked good.

Yeah, they seemed to be combining the herds when I left Tuesday and then when we got almost back to Denver we started smelling sheep s#\t all of a sudden and I was like "what the hell, why are we smelling that again" and then we seen four cattle trucks carrying them east bound and I thought great, they are going to pester me in Denver with them too, lol!

Yeah, i was going to hunt until tomorrow night. I drove up there this morning and after hiking a bit said screw it and came home. They stink and the dogs make me nervous. I found one area that was just leveled by them. The stench was something else. The aspens made getting up at 3am worth it though. Where in denver do you live?
