Standard or magnum for elk. Any difference in flight?
Viper trick!
The standard flys slightly better than the magnum I think. But both are nice
I shoot the 125gr magnums and have had good arrow flight with em.
I really like the 125 gr razor tricks
I used the xbow 150 grain to get a little more foc. But I don't think you can go wrong with any of them mentioned so far. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Vipers but regarding the question standards IMO
I use the magnum for everything. I can't tell much difference in flight.
Standards (smaller cutting diameter) would have a better tendency to penetrate a little deeper.
I know I may opened a "Pandora's Box" with that statement, but there is supporting "research" on it. There of course is supporting "research" saying the vice as well that larger diameters inflict a larger would channel and cause better bleeding. But, a double lung hit with a 1-1/16" v. a 1-1/4" will bring an elk down the same...
What HDE said. I use the 125-grain 1" (standards) for slightly better penetration.
That being said, the slightly larger magnums are more available in stores/catalogs and still fly very well. You wouldn't go wrong with either style.
In theory, a well tuned bow will shoot them both equally well. I don't have any trouble switching from Slick Trick standards to Magnus SS Snuffers. I see no difference in accuracy or POI out to 70 yards.
I use the mag but any of them fly great
I use 125 mags and have had good success, even when my bow isn't in perfect tune. I don't have any experience with the others, because if "it ain't broke," no need to fix it.
My recommendation: try them both and choose the one you have more confidence in. $30 is a small price to pay for confidence in your broadhead/arrow flight, and that confidence is 1/2 the battle in this sport. Let us know what you figure out!
Thanks for the replies I'll give em both a try.
125gr Razor Tricks, I like the cut on contact.
