Wind looks wrong to me and he's using the wrong broadhead.

That's awesome. Tobin, ain't that the truth. Should have about 50 arrows pointing every which way. That would be realistic.

Did the rifle hunter have a combo tag?

Even if it were to work, it's not DIY.

Wind doesn't matter.... the bull was obviously within the callers "angle of influence".... nothing left now but the 100 yard shot....

Dude, that must be what I've been doing wrong.
Thanks for sharing.

Still trying to figure out what this represents? I do know this much its definitely not DIY, its on TV and the archer needs to turn his left foot to the right.

Lmao I saw that same pic on my tv a few days ago and cracked up! That bulls at least 450. I hope that guy has an ozonics!

100 yard frontal shot on a bull is a good choice, especially if the wind helps carry the arrow to the bull. I do that all the time. Rarely get a pass-through, though.
Ike, that graphic is a beautiful thing!

Caller behind the shooter 100 yds. Shooter set up on the UPwind side of the elk. Got it!
Here I've been trying to set up downwind all this time. I feel so stupid.
Thanks for posting, Ike.

Judging by the profile of the callers pants...he seems to be a bit....um...excited? Maybe morning wood?

I think they are saying it's not a realistic call unless you pee all over your underbelly!

I figured it out.....they're using the wrong camo, right?

Great situation for a shot. Notice the bull is inhaling.

"I think they are saying it's not a realistic call unless you pee all over your underbelly!"
That's just for realistic grunts....
Easy shot Lou.... my understanding is it gets sucked right down the windpipe.....

That set-up is the "Red Stag Mousetrap". You need to remember to reverse everything across the equator and bugle instead of roar.

Looks to me like he's going to dry fire his bow into the elks mouth. Interesting choice of tactics. At least they have a good wifi signal there.

That is the best frontal. Notice he is aiming to take out the vocal cords. Deadly!

There is only one thing that would make this graphic better and that would be the bowhunter going for the Hamblaster.

I knew those scent-loc suits worked or maybe they are using dead down wind.

by the looks of it, the caller just crawled out of bed and needs to take a leak.

Is the elk far enough away for the arrow to pick up speed? It's hard to tell...
From: kentuckbowhnter

according to the chart the elk is 100 yards away or so.
