WY elk unit 41 archery

My dad drew unit 41 WY elk (bow) - I know nothing about this unit. He is over 70 so he is not hiking in miles or climbing to ridge tops.
Any suggestions on the best time to hunt, areas he can easily walk into, camping spots etc would be helpful.
