2007 when I put in for the draw here the first time, I went for a PP and tried putting in for a left over either sex OTC tag for second choice and it wouldn't let me, I could only put in for a list b OTC cow tag. After that I just put in for a tag I know I can't draw as my first choice and an OTC either sex tag second choice. Maybe it's changed since then, but in case it won't let you do it that way, figure out a unit you can't possibly draw and put OTC as second choice.

Cause you don't apply for it. There's a section that asks you if you want an either sex OTC tag if you don't draw and you just opt yes.
