The way I read the stats there we an estimated 3 bulls shot out of 57 hunters in 2014 muzzleloader. Didn't check years before that.

My residency doesn't kick in until May 15. I can't put in for a point for sheep or goats, correct? It doesn't look like you can gain PP as a NR. Then 3 years before I actually am in the drawing? If so, that sucks!!!
I did get my application in for elk, deer, lope PP.

I did CO and NV on Friday. I usually wait till the last day, but Bigdan's got me paranoid.
