Father & Sons elk hunt options?

OK, guys here's the deal. After hearing stories about my elk hunts over the past few years, my Dad and brother want to do a group trip. I have done most of mine DIY by hitting draws for tags, with points or OTC. They don't have anything going in that direction, so this would have to be a private land hunt in an OTC area or a landowner tag scenario. They want above average bulls, so the hunt would have to have a legitimate chance at 330+ bulls.
My Dad doesn't get around all that well, so either a truck based hunt or horses will be required. I'm all about going during archery, but they are leaning towards a gun based hunt mainly because they don't plan on doing to many hunts and really want to kill a good bull. It would be really cool if they could gun/muzzy hunt while I carried the bow during the rut.
All of my past research has revolved around archery seasons and draw tags, so my knowledge on this type of hunt is limited right now.
What options are out there? Any recommended sponsors?

Do you have a budget? Guaranteed Landowner Tags in New Mexico would be an option but they aren't cheap!

There's not really a budget per se, I don't think we will book three hunts on the White Appache, but three landowner tags on a good ranch that gives us the right hunt is not out of the question at all.

Am I reading right about the Ranching for Wildlife that you can use a gun from Sept 1 on? Chip, if that is the case, you might be right on the money to make it work all the way around. I can hunt with a bow and the others can chase with whatever they want. Not cheap!

I think you can use whatever you want, whenever their long season is open.
