I tried pulling up a current Mount Back thread, and only stuff from 2011 pulled up.
So, wanted to see some of your recent mounts if you have gotten things back.
My Taxidermist finished up my Caribou Shoulder mount last week.

I retired two weeks ago and been hanging around the local taxidermist shop as a quasi apprenticeship.... I've done a deer and a caribou for friends and am finishing a muley I shot a while ago. I have new found respect for quality taxidermy work. Ed F

Thanks David, looking forward to the last week of August to get on some bulls like yours!
I had to put my bull outside, I picked it up the day he finished painting him, and it is still a bit chemically smelling. So I took some photos since the lighting is better outside than in my game room.

me and a buddy cut this base from a close burned area he was taken from. spent days sanding and sealing but it came out pretty. sucker weighs 200# easily...LOL

I like the "rock effect" that was carried over onto the back of your elk mount. Really nice touch and ties it all together. Really nice looking taxidermy there. Showcase them proudly, they are all hard earned and well deserved.

Just got this back yesterday. The rack is from a buck I killed in 2013. The cape is from the buck I killed in 2014. I was a little worried, but I think he did a great job.
