Elk hunting area 61 Hanks Valley???

Anyone know this area in Colorado? Any suggestions for bow hunting early September?

Been to 61 many times but not to Hanks Valley. It has never been a problem to find elk in 61, they are all over. Early September they will be higher than lower, but by mid Sept they spread out to rut and be high and low in the PJ as well.
The only problem is deciding if one is big enough to shoot!
