Matt Dworak's "Public Land Elk Hunting". It covers everything you need to know to get started and progress.
I've been bowhunting elk for 40 years and learned some good stuff from Matt's book. You can get it from ThinAir Outdoors, or Amazon.

I had to chuckle. The Kindle Tablet that I'm on is full of stuff from the wife and kids.

Mike Lipinski's books are a good resource as well while dated some, the ELK don't know that!! Read everything you can but ask questions here these folks on here are a wealth of knowledge..
