I really like the Extreme Dimension Phantom Cow Elk, but it appears to have been discontinued. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I could still buy one? Been all over the internet with no success.
The Montana and heads up decoys look ok to me as a last resort, but I just really like the full side profile and the graphics on the Extreme.
For example; I see first time guys sitting there while calling and they are moving their head and fidgiting around- you have to scan with your eyes and stay still or those elk can pick you off from a long ways out even in the timber.
The majority of bulls will try to circle downwind coming in but not always...depends on their position.
Hint;...you aren't always trying to call the bull...your objective is to get a close shot- right? Many ways those dekes can be used for that if you get inventive.
