Lost Horses - GMU 861 Colorado

Anyone hunting in Unit 861 - Colorado, near Green Mountain - La Veta Pass area
A couple of horse got loose from bowhunters and are missing. Hunters are still back in there looking for them on foot.
If anyone knows the area or who to call about the area, please send me a PM.

Been there ... twice. Luckily, in my case, resolved within 24 hours. I hope they find them soon. The worrisome thing is if they had tack on them, they could get into trouble with that, but more likely, they are either enjoying some high country grass. Hopefully they were not stolen.

We lost a couple mules for a few days in a Montana wilderness area once. We were considering riding out and hiring an airplane to search for them. We found them eventually, but, that is an option.

UPDATE: The guys tracked them a few miles downhill and they were headed for private where there are some other horses, some wild, some not.
They contacted the CPW but all they did was refer them to the county sheriff...

UPDATE:
As of today 10/26/15 the horse was just located. With the winter weather it made its way down to a ranch and was seen with other stock.
