After chasing the herd for 3 miles, I got this bull to commit for my son yesterday morning and he drops the string to finish out our 2015 archery elk season.

I remember shooting one of my first archery bulls with my dad right next to me and we were just surrounded by screaming elk. It's a memory of him that will be permanently ingrained and one I will always remember. I'm sure for you and your son it will be the same, GREAT job passing it on and with your success.

Thanks for all the great replies everyone. It sure was a great morning! Like mentioned, spending time in the woods with your kids for sure will make some memories!
Although it is a very nice bull for OTC Public land, it wasnt my son's first archery bull.
Last year Labor Day morning, we shared success then too!
