who's applying Wyoming general?

As some of you saw on a past thread and maybe other sites i have been looking for a application partner for Wyoming general elk. at first i wanted a partner with at least 4 points.
i had many bites but no takers. Now I'm looking for someone with one point and we can apply special, if we split one point we should still be guaranteed to draw. of course just like before i will compensate you for your contribution.
i would really like to go back and hunt with a friend of mine who is a resident. I don't have a ton of money to put in to this but i feel i could compensate you fairly.
