seeking info on Wyoming elk unit 54

I'm Tony Cleveland and a Colorado resident. I'll have 9 points going in to the Wyoming draw for 2017. I'm starting my research pretty early as I always do when I'm looking to burn this many points. I'm researching units 53,54, and 45 for a type 9 archery only tag. I've read some pros and cons for each unit. I'd appreciate any info or advise from anyone who has actually hunted these units and would be willing to share your experiences This will be a DIY hunt as I consider myself an experienced elk hunter. I'm certainly considering using horses to facilitate a better camp and to get my meat out. Please PM me if you would rather talk privately as I can certainly understand that. Thanks much
