This is a short video of public land elk hunting.
Last fall I was in one of my tree stands and just at dawn this elk came by my stand headed toward my son's calling in another tree stand..
There was a bull behind her, but he never followed. The cow never made it to my son either.
At one spot in the video, she is 20yds away, but as the title of the thread says, easy come, easy go.
Just a taste of 'real life' elk hunting
