Elk Ivory Display

My dad's 65th is coming up in July and I wanted to see if you all have any creative ideas to store and display elk ivories. The idea would be to show his, and eventually mine, and hopefully my kids' ivories.
Wooden box with a glass cover? Coffee table with a sliding glass top (this may be too classy for him)?
Any ideas or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I cut the scrotum off a bull and had it tanned. I keep all my ivories in that

Not what you had in mine but thought I would post anyway. Had this made for my 8 year old daughter's bday. She loves telling the kids she has an elk tooth necklace.

Cnelk, I thought I was the only person with a tanned scrotum! Mine came from a whitetail deer, I keep bullets recovered from game in mine.

I think Big Dan hangs his on strings and then uses them for curtains in his cabin. Problem is he is running out of windows to hang them in.

I realize that the scrotum idea isnt for everyone, but at least I did something to keep the ivories in one place, instead of some drawer or box

Ya, I knew the scrotum would pop up.
Now, back to the original purpose -- think man cave or garage display or office casing or something like that. Something similar to, but larger than, AH's picture above.

I drill a small hole through the narrow end and hang them off the rack with fishing line.
