Colorado tags in the mail?

My son received his Colorado deer tag earlier this week, but I have yet to see my elk tag in the mail. Do I need to be worried?

I've yet to receive my deer or elk tags, so don't be too worried. I spoke with someone in the CPW office and they informed me that the last of the tags were mailed out last Friday 6/24. I would expect them to be in soon.

No. I have gotten nothing other than refunds for sheep moose and mtn goat. Didn't see anything on the leftover for deer so that will be late. Wondering why I haven't got mt OTC elk or pronghorn tag yet? One of my friends got his Pronghorn tag yesterday. I am patient though.

8 weeks left, I realize. I just want to make sure that I get my tag in my pack. A few years ago mine got lost in the mail, and it was an act of congress to get a duplicate made.

I'm itching as by the "backdoor" method, I drew. Still no envelope yet. My last name begins with an "S", maybe they're alphabetical??

Computer shows I drew as well but I haven't gotten my elk tag either, and my last name starts with an "A" so alphabetical probably doesn't have anything to do with it. My buddy that I'm going with got his yesterday so hopefully everyone will get their tags soon. Hard to wait sometimes! :)

I called CPW today to find out where my elk tag was. They told me that it will take another couple weeks to get all the deer and elk tags mailed out this year. They also said that if I don't receive it by month end to give them a call to find out where it is.

Put this into perspective
I applied for Alaska moose last December.
I was notified in February that I drew
Email from AFG by the end of July I will receive my permit. If not I can go the to any AF&G when I get there in September and get one printed.
And you're worried about your elk tag?
