I have a WY & ID elk tag this year & qualify for a third ID tag but don't see it happening with so many irons in the mix as is. It's a good problem to have! (grin)
Who else has more than one elk tag in the same state or multiple states?

I am trying a new challenge this year for the first time. I have a New Mexico and Montana tag. I am going to try to get it done between September 1 and September 18th. I have been lucky in New Mexico in the past couple of years but I have not hunted Montana for 5 years so I will be a little rusty. Lots of miles coming from Pennsylvania.

First time in a few years I've only had one and I'm really regretting only taking 3 weeks off in September. I had to sacrifice to hunt mule deer. Hoping for another next week, but if not, I'll be praying to tag out early so I can go to CO OTC.

This is a good year: deer tags in NV and CO, elk tag in CO. Plus the hunting at home (VA).

Sweet! Lots of hunters with multiple tags! My first year to WY so am really looking forward to it! My Son & I are planning a quick trip out there this weekend to check out the lay of the land. We will let our binos & spotter do our walking at this point. For the most part I want to see where we will make home for the duration & a quick overview of the country & where the elk will most likely be found. We should have a blast.
Good luck to all you folks as well!

New Mexico and Arizona elk tags for me. I also drew a Montana tag but turned it in. Not enough vacation time for all three!

I'm hunting 4 tags.
Colorado elk and mule deer and Wyoming elk and antelope.
We are expecting our third baby October 12 so it's going to be a busy fall.

I have one in UT (general) and one for Idaho. Realistically I will be winging it the 2nd half of the season in Idaho. My spouse also has a Utah LE tag for the 1st half of Sept. That takes priority...even over my never ending quest to get a velvet muley.
