Idaho Elk Fire Impact

Greetings from Idaho! I am curious whether there are any guys hunting Idaho for Archery Elk this year that have turned in their Sawtooth Tag and switched to other Zones due to the fire? I was chatting with Idaho Licensing today and they were trying to tell me this was pretty common right now. I'm a data driven guy and I can't help but wonder if they were sensationalizing things or if there's a wholesale exodus from the Sawtooth A Tag?
