I sure hope you are recovering and are in a renewed frame of mind Bill.
Thanks as always for sharing with us all.
Good luck, Robb
Very Nice. Please provide general map coordinates...ha - very nice deer, unfortunately in KS the big ones like that are far and few between and not frequently visible if they are around.
Thanks BB! Awesome as usual!
As I saw these were from Bill, I took the time to load (about 20 minutes on a St John USVI family vacation).....very glad I did!
Thanks a bunch Bill! Can't wait to get home and shoot the bow even if it is still 10 degrees for a high!

Well those are just a few of the many hundreds of photos I shot this past fall on the Henry Mountains here in Utah. The weather was bad (nice to be out in, but not good for photos of big bucks) as there was little snow and temperature were too high. I didn't see any of the big bucks I normally see, but it was still a very fun and rewarding trip.
Here just happens to be my favorite buck. I have photographed him for several years. God blessed him with a large muscular body, but a small heavy rack. Both serve him very well, as he's too small to shoot for most hunters, and his short, stout rack holds up good in fights. And God blessed him with the heart of loin, as he takes on all comers and many bucks, with far better racks than he has, steer clear of this guy, as he all business once the rut kicks in!
I hope some of you enjoyed the photos. I sure get a kick out of taking them and experiencing all I get to see. It's just a bit of heaven at 10,000 feet in mid Nov.
Have a great bow hunt. BB
Awesome pictures! Thanks for sharing these and the many others! Mike

Here's a few more for you that like mule deer.
When afternoon fades into evening, it becomes a very special time in the high country!
I don't know why, but the colors on these kinds of photos don't come out or look like they do on the other sites I post. Does anyone know why? Its really noticeable on evening sunset photos like these.
I will finish up tonight with this ole bruiser. He is my favorite buck!
Have a good bowunt. BB
